We offer flexible memberships to suit all fitness levels and lifestyles. Whether you're here for high performance or just a healthy dose of movement, there’s a plan that fits. 
From strength and conditioning to boxing skills, circuit training to mobility – our classes are designed by experienced coaches to be effective, challenging, and fun. 

Classes 

Vortex Youth Academy (Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 16:30-17:30) 
Vortex Performance Academy is passionate about developing young athletes. Providing a space and coaching to get our young active and healthy and producing the next generation of sports people. 
The Vortex Youth Academy development pathway has been created by our lead coaches through their experience and knowledge in multi-sports and leading international organisations. 
Our programming is made of safe techniques that are enjoyable, challenging and designed to build the foundations for youth athletic development along with confidence both in and outside of the gym environment. 
Restricted to Youth Academy members, or those 12-17 y/os in a family membership 
Vortex Master Strength Class (Every Monday and Wednesday at 18:00-19:00) 
Learn how to lift and train properly and reach your goals quicker! 
This is a coach led functional training session. Learn the correct technique for all the core lifts in a fun and supportive environment. Open to all experience and fitness levels. 
Restricted to memberships that include access to classes (18y/o and over) 
Vortex Fitness Racing Class (Every Tuesday and Thursday, 18:00-19:00, Saturday 09:00-10:00) 
Vortex Performance Academy is an official HYROX and DEADLY DOZEN partner gym. 
Fitness racing or hybrid training consists of functional exercises and running. Exercises can be scaled or progressed to suit your fitness level and, if you want, there is always the option to push your training to compete at fitness racing events such as Hyrox and Deadly Dozen! 
Open to all, whatever your ability or fitness level.

Vortex x Deadly Dozen Class (Every Wednesday at 06:15-07:00) 
Vortex Performance Academy is an official HYROX and DEADLY DOZEN partner gym. 
This class focuses specifically on the training methods of the Deadly Dozen racing concept - the world's most accessible fitness race which has exploded on to the hybrid scene with race events happening globally.

Vortex Rise (Every Friday at 06:15-07:00) 
Vortex Rise - the perfect blend of exercises in circuit style to help you start the day in the right way. 
This high-intensity class is challenging with exercise that can be regressed or progressed to suit every fitness level! Programmed with a variety of weights and cardio, no two classes are ever the same.

Vortex Nasty Nine Friday Circuit (Every Friday at 18:30-19:30) 
Vortex Nasty Nine - finish your week off on a high with this high intensity circuit based class. 
Suitable for all members and fitness abilities.

Vortex Strength Contrast Club (Every Saturday at 08:00-09:00) 
Contrast training is a method used to enhance strength and power by combining heavy resistance exercises with high-velocity movements. 
Heavy lift activates your muscles and nervous system, making the subsequent high-velocity movement more powerful. The result is known as post-activation potentiation.

Vortex Sunday Service (Every Sunday at 08:00-09:00) 
Vortex Sunday Service - the best way to wake up on Sunday's! Finish your week off on a high with this high intensity circuit based class.
